You can see the cuckoo pipes, the chain gears and the gong hammer as they move. The wood pine wood case has a braun-stain as a contrast to the wood color. The solid-wood cuckoo bird calls the number of the hour on every full hour (e.g. 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m. 3 times) and once on the half-hour.   Natural colored wood clockhands tell the time. This clock has a manual night switch off. The mechanical clockwork runs for a whole week. This cuckoo clock comes in an original carton with complete instructions.
