This Black Forest cottage with red roof and white facade is decorated with wooden paneling and stone-look wall. In front of the house stands the Black Forest woman and rings the bell on the roof. Next to her stands the farm dog and looks curiously into the world. A cow is grazing behind the fence and does not let itself be disturbed. The pendulum is decorated with a carved edelweiss flower. The cuckoo opens the door on the hour, chirps and calls the number of hours with an echo. Then one of the 12 different melodies sounds. On the side is a switch to turn off the music separately or together with the cuckoo. A light sensor automatically turns off the sound in the dark, but the time continues to run. This clock is powered by a quartz movement that requires three 1.5V size C batteries (included).  This cuckoo clock comes in its original box with instructions. This beer drinker model is made by the Trenkle company, a family business in Simonswald that has been in business for half a century and whose trademark is to combine proven craftsmanship with the latest technology.
