"Heidi & Peter" is the theme of this miniature Black Forest Cuckoo Clock in chalet style. In front of the house, Heidi and Peter watch over the herd of goats. The wooden case is lovingly decorated with a balcony, a stone wall depicted in wood,  and lattice windows with heart shutters and little flower boxes. Every full hour, the cuckoo "tweets", and calls with Echo, telling the number of the hour. There is a choice between cuckoo call or melody at the full hour. The clock has a manuel night switch off. The Quartz battery clockwork is run by two  1,5V Size C batteries that are delivered with the clock (except in the USA). The arabian numbers are painted onto the wooden clockface, and the clock hands are made of high-quality plastic. This small souvenir clock can be used as a wall- or table clock. The clock is delivered in its own little box with instructions in different languages. This clock model is produced by the Trenkle company in Simonswald, a family business that has been around for the last 50 years, and prides itself in combining the traditional handcrafting with new technical developments.
