Ho comprato un cucu e dopo quasi un anno a smesso si funzionare , ho chiesto sostituzione in garanzia , restituito come da loro indicato dopo quasi un mese finalmente mi e tornato indietro ….. cucu restituto modello diverso e peggio …. non funzionante ….. non consiglio di comprare nulla da questo negozio Sono a disposizione per qualsiasi soluzione …. anche se penso che non cambiera’ nulla …. 300€ buttati via 🤬🤬🤬

I gave my wife one of your clocks for Christmas. Its old world charm is a welcome addition to our home. It's still a minute slow, but I think one more pendulum adjustment will do the trick.

I have made purchased directly from Triberg branch on 22/11/2019. I was advised to use their shipping as they claim no issues , so I made a payment to include the shipping cost. When I received it on 5/12/2019. It was in worst conditions the clock some parts in broken conditions. Highly disappointed and now not sure when I can get a replacement or refund.

The Haus der 1000 Uhren is one of the hidden gyms of Germany. Nestled nicely in the midst of the Black Forest, the House of 1000 Clocks provides tourist the opportunity to joyously explore and shop simultaneously. When finally walking into the haus, shoppers enter a scene fresh off a Warhol canvas. The sounds of the cuckoos are dynamically delightful and are complimented by the Black wood mixed cherry wood smell. The lighting reflecting off the clocks perfectly captures the spirit of old Germany and reminds onlookers of where they are in the world. All of the ambiance of the shopping experience is encapsulated by the shop’s caretaker. The non intrusive approach of the lady working for us, allowed freedom in shopping while being fully educated in the history of the clocks. She shared just enough for us to feel secure in our purchase without feeling obligated. The hardest part of this adventure is choosing a clock from the 1000s available. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a neat souvenir and an amazing shopping experience.

Si quieres un reloj de cuco típico de la Selva Negra, este es el lugar. Hay cientos, bueno ellos dicen mil, de relojes y cada uno diferente. Los modelos los hay iguales en otras tiendas, y precios mejores o peores, pero solo por verlo merece la pena... Al final seguro que acabas cayendo... ;-)Por cierto, nos atendió José, muy amable y atento. Gracias!

Thanks to the House of 1000 Clocks! We were in Triberg a few years ago and bought a beautiful cuckoo clock from this shop. Now we needed some parts to have it fixed and after contacting them they sent them to us without any problems. We would really like to thank them again for the immediate service as the clock is now working again. We recommend this shop to all those visiting Triberg.

Kuckucksuhren kann man nur in der Hauptstadt der Kuckucksuhren(Triberg)kaufen und dann natürlich im Haus der 1000 Uhren das Haus mit der größten auswahl da fällt es einem richtig schwer das passende zu finden.

I love this place, if you need a great cuckoo clock this is the place to buy them, bring your VAT form. and don't forget to go the waterfall just about next block over.There's a GIANT cuckoo clock about 7-10 away they also have more cuckoo clocks there.

Unsere Kuckucksuhr habe wir seit ca. 4 Wochen. Wir lieben den Klang und die Bewegung der Figuren. Unsere Freude ist das Ergebnis einer wirklich tollen Beratung. HiI bought one new clock in your store during my trip to Germany on 12/28/2015. And now I am already back to my country,Taiwan.I open my clock but notice that the weight(320g) is not comparable to what your staff show in the store(220g).Your team give me the wrong weight(all of three weight are wrong),and I am really concern about the accuracy of time and its robustness.After testing, it slower 2 minites per hour. My clock model number is MT 3405/10.Please give me the advise how can I change the correct one.Did Taiwan have any service center?Thanks in advance.

hi I bought my grandfather clock from them back in 1990 and I still have it but moving around either moving around or someone taking or miss placing I seemed to have lost the chains on my clock.its in good shape but was thinking of selling it ,if someone is interested in it I live in Kingston Ontario Canada tks

It is now hanging in our home and we love it! :) The gentleman who assisted us worked patiently with us until we finally made our decision on which cuckoo clock was the perfect one for us.
