This cuckoo clock depicts a family reunion. Family life is depicted on this cuckoo clock with a hipped roof,
a water wheel, small lattice windows, and red shutters.

On the hour, the cuckoo opens the door, chirps, and calls out the current number of hours with an echo. Then one of twelve different melodies sounds. The water wheel starts moving and the father's arm also moves. There is a switch on the side of the clock that can be used to manually turn off the cuckoo. A light sensor automatically turns off the sound when it gets dark, but the clock continues to run. This clock is powered by a quartz movement that requires three 1.5 V C batteries (included). It was manufactured by Trenkle, a family-owned company based in Simonswald that has been in business for half a century and is known for combining proven craftsmanship with the latest technology.
