In front of the chalet house, designed with great attention to detail, the man diligently chops his wood. The walnut-stained wooden casing is fitted with traditional sash windows with green heart shutters, a wooden wall and an elaborately designed balcony with two doors representing a cuckoo. The cuckoo opens the door on the hour, chirps and calls the number of hours with an echo. Afterwards one of the 12 different melodies sounds. On the side is a switch to turn off the music separately or together with the cuckoo manually. By a light sensor the sound is automatically off in the dark, but the time continues to run. The clock face and the hands are made of wood. This clock is powered by a quartz movement which requires three 1.5V size C batteries (included). The cuckoo clock is delivered in the original carton with instruction manual.
