This original Black Forest cuckoo clock in the style of the railway attendant's house shows itself in simple perfection. The wooden case is stained walnut and individually decorated with filigree flower tendrils on each clock. The clock face is made of enamel. The wooden cuckoo calls the number of hours on the hour (e.g. 3 times at 15.00) and once on the half hour. This model has a manual night shut-off. The dial, numerals and hands are also made of wood. The mechanical striking mechanism runs for one week.
This unique clock is manufactured by Rombach & Haas, a company founded in 1894 that has made a name for itself in terms of quality and unique design.
