This beautifully situated Black Forest House Cuckoo Clock with shingled roof is the perfect attraction for a couple of bears looking for food. The house is lovingly decorated with filigree balcony, as well as little lattice windows with red heart shutters and half-timbered tudor look.  Beautifully carved pine trees provide the backdrop for this detail-handcrafted clock. The solid-wood cuckoo calls the number of the hour on every full hour (e.g. 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m. 3 times) and once on the half-hour. This clock has a manual night switch off. Clockface, numbers and hands are all made of wood. The mechanical clockwork runs for 24 hours. The clock comes in an original box with complete instructions and a VdS-certificate.  This clock model is produced by the Black Forest company Engstler, a family-run business that has been well-known for generations both for its tradition and technical excellence.
