The original Black Forest Cuockoo clock has a shingled hip roof and is decorated with little lattice windows, curtains and shutters with a heart. A carved wooden handpainted beer server in traditional dress is bring the man his next beer. The solid wood case is stained in natural color, and a walnut-colored half timber structure provides a pleasant contrast. The solid-wood cuckoo calls the number of the hour on every full hour (e.g. 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 a.m. 3 times) and once on the half-hour.  During the music the man raises his glass. The clock has a manual night switch off.  Clockface, numbers and hands are made of wood. The mechanical clockwork runs for 24 hours.  The clock comes in an original box with complete instructions and a VdS certificate. This cuckoo clock masterpiece is crafted by the Hönes company in Titisee, a family business deeply rooted in the century-old tradition of the clockmaking industry, and is well known for its high-quality Black Forest craftmanship.
