Product info

Xaver is really enjoying his cool beer after work. On the right side a young maiden happily descends a beautifully carved wooden staircase, swinging her skirt. On the left, a pair of lovers in Bavarian costume is seated. Resi watches her boyfriend playing the accordion. In front of the beautiful half-timbered facade a water wheel can be seen. A dog, a wooden wagon, deer and fir trees complete this cheerful scene. Under the roof with a beautifully decorated red ridge the children figurines turn on the decorated balcony to the music. In addition, the beer drinker lifts his beer mug and the water wheel turns. Between two beautifully designed windows a little door opens and at the full hour the cuckoo tweets and calls out the number of the hour with an echo. Afterwards one of the 12 alternating melodies plays. On the side you will find a switch to turn off the music separately, or both the cuckoo and the music. Through a light sensor the clock is automatically quiet after dark, although the clock keeps running.

This clock is run by a quartz battery clockwork that uses three 1,5V batteries - Size C. The clock is delivered in an original box with complete instructions. This cuckoo clock is crafted by the Trenkle company in Simonswald, a family business that has been around for the last 50 years, and prides itself in combining the traditional handcrafting with new technical developments.
