The girl with the geese is featured on this Black Forest Cuckoo Clock with shingled hip roof. The wood case is decorated with a little girl playing with gees, a water trough, a stack of firewood and a little bench. Every full hour, the cuckoo "tweets", and calls with Echo, telling the number of the hour. The Quartz battery clockwork is run by one  1,5V Size C battery that is delivered with the clock. The arabian numbers are painted onto the wooden clockface, and the clock hands are made of high-quality plastic. This small souvenir clock can be used as a wall- or table clock. The clock is delivered in its own little box with instructions in different languages. This clock model is produced by the Trenkle company in Simonswald, a family business that has been around for the last 50 years, and prides itself in combining the traditional handcrafting with new technical developments.
